How to Initiate a Return

Collection of Goods – If the item requires collection, we will arrange pickup from the original delivery address.
- A collection fee may apply if you’re returning an unwanted product that is not faulty or damaged.
- Arrange Your Own Return – If you prefer to return the item yourself, please contact our Customer Support team here - Submit a Request to receive the necessary return details.
Inspection & Refund
- Inspection – Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be thoroughly inspected.
- Refund Process – After inspection, we will process your refund and notify you accordingly. The refund will take 5-7 working days to show back into your account.
We will work with you to schedule a suitable collection time for your return.
