We understand how excited you’ll be waiting for your delivery, and we’re just as thrilled to bring your goods to you! Here’s what you can expect on the day of delivery:
- You will have received your delivery date and time slot 48 hours in advance, which will still apply on the day.
- On the day, you’ll get a text update when your driver is on the way, allowing you to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We do all the tracking for you and update you along the way!
Our standard delivery is typically a kerbside drop. However, our drivers will always strive to go above and beyond, placing the goods where you request if it’s accessible. If the requested location isn’t accessible, they’ll leave your items in the best possible alternative spot for your convenience.
Do I need to be there to sign for the delivery?
We prefer that you are present to sign for the delivery. However, we understand this may not always be possible. If you'd like the goods to be left in a safe place or with a neighbor, we can accommodate this. Please contact us as soon as possible to provide these details.
